ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT NO. 25 TO FACILITY LICENSE NO. R-77 STATE UNIVERSITY OF NEW YORK AT BUFFALO (TAC NO. MA2348)
Dear Mr. Henry:
The Commisr5n has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 25 to Facility License No. R-77 for the State Univerdy of New York at Buffalo Research Reactor. The amendment consists of changes to the 'fech.'ical Specifications (TS) in response to a submittal from you dated June 23,1998, as Ouppiemented on February 17,1999.
The amendment revises the TS to account for title changes in the organization, and to change the meeting frequency of the Reactor Decommissioning Safety Committee.
A copy of the related Safety Evaluation supporting Amendment No. 25 is also enclosed.
