L. Harmon OPA B. Grimes LFMB The Comission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.118 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-1 for the Trojan Nuclear Plant. The amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your application dated April 9, 1986.
The amendment deletes the requirement for shutdown if primary coolant iodine activity limits are exceeded for 800 hours0.00926 days <br />0.222 hours <br />0.00132 weeks <br />3.044e-4 months <br /> in a 12-month period. In addition, this change revises the reporting requirements related to primary coolant specific activity levels. The amendment request was in response to Generic Letter 85-19.
A copy of the related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. The notice of issuance will be included in the Commission's next regular bi-weekly Federal Register notice.
