We have received a copy of your submittal dated April 24, 1986, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for review. This submittal provided information to satisfy License Condition 2.C.(25).(d) regarding fire doors for the LaSalle County Station Unit No. 1.
It is our understanding that the ONRR staff will have to review your submittal to assure that the license condition has been satisfied. On this basis, your April 24 submittal is subject to the fee provisions of 10 CFR 170. Therefore, it is requested that your Company remit the required $150 application fee for this submittal.
Your Company will be billed for any additional costs for the review of it in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.21.
