Defueling Canister Tecimical Evaluation Report.
2.
A June 17, 1986 application relating to manning requirements of the temporary reactor vessel filtration system.
Fees pursuant to 10 CFR 170 were not remitted with your applications. This rule requires licensees to remit an application fee of $150 with each application for license amendment, relief, exemption and other request.
Therefore, it is request that your Corporation remit the required application fees of $300 for your March 6 and June 17 requests. Your Corporation will be billed for any additional costs for the review of your applications in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.21.
