Dear Mr. Goldberg:
Please accept our apology for the delay in responding to your letters of August 19,1985 (ST-HL-AE-1335) and June 3,1986 (ST-HL-AE-1678) requesting additional information to support Bill Nos. D0155 and D0156.
These bills were issued on January 23, 1985, for costs associated with the review of your application for operating licenses for South Texas Unit Nos. 1 and 2.
We had hoped to have a response to you by mid-July at the latest. However, we have not received the necessary data in order to respond to your request. We have been assured that the data should be provided to this office by the end of August 1986. Once we receive the data, we will give it our immediate attention and respond to your letter.
