FUNDAMENTAL NUCLEAR MATERIAL CONTROL PLAN REVISIGNS General Electric Company hereby submits revisions to Chapters 3 and 5 (dated 9/23/88) to the Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan (FNMCP) for the fuel fabrication facility in Wilmington, North Carolina. contains a descriptive listing of the caanges made which do not require NRC approval prior to implementation, and contains the revised pages.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(d), General Electric requests this information be withheld from public -disclosure as this material identifies General Electric procedures for safeguarding licensed special nuclear material.
