The Comission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.113 to Facility Operating License No. DPR.3 for the Yankee Nuclear Power Station in response to your application of August 11, 1988.
The amendment changes Technwal Specifications related to specific values of boron concentration and to the requirement for an inverse count rate tr.ultiplication measurement under stated conditions.
A copy of our related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. A Notice of Issuance will be included in the Comission's, next regular biweekly Federal Register notice.
