This acknowledges your letter dated April 4,1983, in response to the
Notice of Violation and proposed Imposition of Civil Penalties that was
enclosed with our letter dated February 2,1983, concerning installation and
l
inspection of equipment at your Braidwood Station. Your letter and sub-
i
sequent discussions with site personnel indicates that new or additional
information exists which was .not made available to our inspectors during
the followup on the infomation provided,in your October 8,1982, letter,
even though we specifically requested you provide such infonnation. We
had specifically requested audit reports and erection and inspection pro-
cedures that existed prior to July 1980.
In the near future we will review this additional information as it may
apply to your request to mitigate the proposed civil penalties.
You will be advised of our findings.
