1 This concerns our plans as discussed in a telephone conversation between Mr. D. L. Farrar of your staff and Mr. M. J. Jordan of my staff on April 14,1983 to ebnduct an Enforcement Conference with Mr. B. L. Thomas and members of his staff at 10:00 a.m. (CST) on May 13, 1983 at the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Region III Office in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. This Enforcement Conference concerns programatic deficiencies identified in the surveillance testing program for La Salle County Station, Unit 1.
We will gladly discuss any questions you may have concerning this matter.
