We find the changes in the subject letter and the attachment thereto to be consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p). Accordingly, they are acceptable for inclusion into the plan.

The enclosures to your letter contain Safeguard Information of a type specified in 10 CFR 73.21 and are being withheld from public disclosure.
