APPENDIX NOTICE OF VIOLATION i
First National Bank of Henryetta Docket: 99990004/87-05 Henryetta, Oklahoma During an NRC inspection conducted July 20-22, 1987, a violation of NRC requirements was identified.
In accordance with the "General Statement of Policy and Procedure for NRC Enforcement Actions," 10 CFR Part 2, Appendix C (1988), the violation is listed below:

10 CFR 30.3 requires that, except for persons exempt as provided in i
Part 30 and Part 150 of Chapter 1 of Title 10 of the Code of Federal

Regulations, no person shall manufacture, produce, transfer, receive.
E acquire, own, possess, or use byproduct material except as authorized in a

l specific or general license issued pursuant to the regulations in l
Chapter I.
Contrary to the above, the First National Bank of Henryetta, a i
non-Itcensee, had in its possession, from February to July 22, 1987, two sources, containing byproduct material, which were formerly owned by Sunset Wireline.
This is a Severity Level IV violation.
