TO CRIMINAL & CIVIL SANCTIONS 10 CFR 73.80-In accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 10, Part 50.54(p),
Carolina Power & l.ight Company hereby transmits the original and three copies of a change to the provisions of the Industrial Security Plan for the Brunswick Steam Elcetric Plant, Unit Nos. 1 and 2.
The attached contains no change which is known to decrease the effectiveness of the plan or level of security provided.
This change cites changes made in the management organi=ation reporting relationships; access control to containment during refueling and major maintenance; and retention periods for records.
This information will be incorporated as page changes in the next revision of the Industrial Security Plan.
The attached information has been des'.gnated as Safeguards Information and should be protected in accordance with the provisions of 10CFR73.21.
