Transmittal of First Draft of Vogtle Unit 1 Technical Specifications Enclosed is a copy of the first draf t of the Vogtle Unit 1 Technical Specifi-cations, a marked up copy of which was forwarded by letter dated April 9,_1986.
Your staff should alert us to any differences between these two documents that they may find.
This first draft is based on your Technical Specification sub-mittal dated February 28, 1986, and Revision 5 of the Westinghouse Standard Technical Specifications. This document will be the basis of a site visit anticipated for late May to discuss areas where additional information may be required to ensure that final Technical Specifications are consistent with the FSAR, the SER, and the as-built plant design.
