This is to confirm our conversation of May 5, 1986 relating to the change in project manager for Millstone, Unit 2.
Effective May 19, 1986, Mr. David Jaffe will become the project manager for Millstone, Unit 2 and future correspondence and interaction should be directed to Mr. Jaffe.

As you know, Mr. Jatfe is scheduled to visit your facilities with me on May 12 and 13 and your cooperation in providing a brief overview of key issues as well as introduction to your staff is appreciated in effecting the change.
