Dear Sir:
The NRC was notified of a Potentially Reportable Deficiency in Reference ( A) and an Interim Report was issued in Reference (B). At that time, it was estimated that a Final Report would be available by April 29, 1986.
Due to information still required, from the vendor, to formulate the correc-tive action plan, a time exten'sion to May 23, 1986 is needed to finalize our re@rt.
s There is no new information or change to the Interim Report at this time.
