Enclosed for.your review and comment are four (4) copies of the Basic Plan (Draft 3) portion of the South Coventry Township Radiological Emergency Response Plan for Incidents at the Limerick Generating Station.
i As we discussed, a copy of this draft is also being forwarded to the Chester County Department of Emergency Services in order to initiate an infonnal review process with the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency (PEMA). This review is for the purpose of detennining draft plan compliance with applicable state and federal regulations governing radiological emergency preparedness.
It is important to note this review is initiated with the expressed understanding that the plan is in draft form, subject to further development.
