Dear Mr. Chairman:
It is my understanding that Public Service Co. of New Hampshire or other entities with an ownership interest in the Seabrook nuclear power plant have held discussions and meetings with NRC staff to discuss the possibility of reducing the size of the emergency planning zone for Seabrook.
I am also interested in knowing the extent, if any, to which this subject has been analyzed or discussed in any internal NRC meetings, in communications between NRC and DOE, NRC and FEMA, NRC and the Department of Commerce, or in communications between NRC j
and any industry groups.
Please provide a detailed chronology of all meetings or discussions with each of the parties enumerated above since January 1, 1985 concerning the subject of reducing the energency planning zone for Seabrook.
In such chronology, please identify all participants in each meeting or discussion, the date of such meeting or discussion, who initiated it, and the topics covered.

documents related to such analyses, discussions or meetings j
including but not limited to correspondence with the applicant, phone logs, transcripts or notes of meetings, internal staff l
memoranda, and reports, etc.
i Additionally, please provide to the Subcommittee any and all documents related to the Baltimore. Gas & Electric Company's November 18, 1985 petition to reduce the size of the emergency planning zone for the Calvert Cliffs nuclear power plant.

applicant, transcripts of meetings, internal staff memoranda, reports and commission orders, r
