Examination Report No. 50-29/86-07(0L)
The week of May 19, 1986, the NRC administered examinations to employees of
your company who had applied for licenses to operate your Yankee Atomic
Electric Facility. At the conclusion of the examination, the examination
questions and preliminary findings were discussed with those members o' ycur
staff identified in the enclosed report.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of
this letter and the enclosure (s) will be placed in the NRC Public Document
Room.
Concerns raised by the examination results were addressed in a meeting with
.
your staff on August 11, 1986. During the meeting changes to the operator
licensing training program were discussed and a commitment was made for
completing all system descriptions by March, 1987. Details of the meeting
are discussed in separate correspondence.
