Dear Sirt in Reference (c), we described a concern involving the f ailure to ensure adequate torquing of the cable tray hold-down clamps used to secure the cable tray to the tray supports. As corrective action [see also Reference (c)], we had implemented a program to retorque all cabic tray hold-down clamps, in safety-related areas and were to revise the applicable installation and inspection criteria.

The above described corrective action, retorquing and procedure revision has been completed. As such, this is our final report on this item.
