Dear Mr. Gagliardo:
Request for Additional Information IE Inspection Report 86-05 Omaha Public Power District (OPPD) recently received Reference 4 requesting additional information regarding our Reference 3 response to Inspection Report 86-05 (Reference 2).
The information requested was how OPPD intends to assure that the Plant Review Committee conducts the necessary reviews of the Environ-mental Radiological Monitoring Procedure Manual (ERMPM).
It has been decided that the ERMPH will be revised and incorporated into the Chemistry Manual, which will in turn assure Plant Review Committee review as required by TS 5.8.2.
Completion of the ERMPM incorporation into the Chemistry Manual is expected t'y December 31, 1987.
