On August 18, 1986', Applicants hand delivered an unsigned document entitled " Proposed Form of Scheduling Order."
Inasmuch as the Board has adopted an alternative scheduling order, we believe responses to tnis document are not required and thus do not intend to file a substantive response unless requested by the Board.
When tne Board is ready to develop a detailed schedule for the litigation of result report groups, CASE will be prepared to submit its views on the pro:ess for litigation of result report groups, including appropriate time limits for discovery, identification of issues for the hearing, and the like.
