In accordance with reference 1 and 10 CFR 170.21, please find enclosed a Union Electric Company check in the amount of $150.00 to cover the application fee for NRC review of a submittal on main steam line break superheat effects on equipment qualification (reference 2).
This submittal is entitled " Evaluation of Environ-mental Qualification of Equipment Considering Superheat Effects of High Energy Line Breaks for Callaway Plant and Wolf Creek Generating Station" and, as such, it is expected that the review will be conducted similar to those throughout the O
licensing process for the SNUPPS plants.
The incurred charges should therefore be divided appropriately between the two SNUPPS plants.
