Dear Mr. Cruse:
By letter dated April 5,1996, as supplemente,d November 20,1996, you applied for an amendment to the Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant Operating License Nos. DPR 53 and DPR-69. The proposed change would have modified the facility licenses to reflect the new company ownership of Calvert Cliffs Units 1 and 2 and the independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation. Subsequently, by letter dater' January 30,1993, you withdrew the amendment request.
The Commission has filed the enclosed Notice of Withdrawal of Application for Amendment to 3
Facility Operating License with the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
