This is a revision or our inservice inspection and testing program request for relief submitted to the Commission on March 27, 1981.
The revision reflects the changes made to the ISI portion of the manual due to the 1984 recirculation piping replacement and Request for Relief, Number 42, reflects the deletion of two valves removed in the 1984 recirculation piping replacement and refueling outage.
Also attached are instructions for entering the page revisions.
