l am responding to your letter dated July 10,1997, conceming the accuracy of portions of Regulatory Guide 8.39, " Release of Patients Admin stered Radioactiv6 Materials " The -
- Commission has asked me to reiterate that it contirues to fini the tone of your letters, including the latest one, highly unprofessional and )our personal attacia unacceptable.
Therefore, although we have considered the issues you raised in your letter, to be consistent
- with the policy established by the Comm!ssion in tht: Chhirman't; letter to you, oated March 14,1997, we will net be providing you a response which addresses the issues raised 1
in your letter. In the future, you should not expect a gy response to your letters which contain
- abusive petsonal' attacks on the Commission ot- the NRC staff.
Regarding your allegations conceming ihe Medical Hection staff and management, your letter has been forwarded to the Office of the inspector Goneral. If you have any adaitional comments, please submit them in writing to: Rules and Directives Branch, Office of Administration, U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissior, Washington, D.C. 20555.
