This is in acknowledgment of your letter of January 15,1998, concerning the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's December 2,1997, final rulemaking titled
- Exempt Distribution of a Radioac'ive Drug Containing One Microcurie of Carbon 14 Urea,'(62 Federal Register 63634). Consistent with the Chairman's letter of March 14,1997, and rny letter of September 2,1997, NRC will not respond in substance to your letter. We continue to find the ione of your letters unprofessional and you, personal attacks unacceptable. We will, of course, consider the issues you raised in our review of our medical regulations.
