CHANGES TO FINAL DRAFT TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Re:
Clinton Power Station On June 18, 1986 we forwarded to you a copy of the final draft Technical Specifications for Clinton. Since that time, the staff has been coordinating the resolution of the comments it has received both from you and from members of the staff. These comments have been reviewed and incorporated as changes (datedAugust 20,1986) to the final draft Technical Specifications. A copy of the pages which have been changed is enclosed.
You are requested to review these changes and certify that the Clinton Tech-nical Specifications, as modifiau b the enclosed pages, are consistent with the Clinton FSAR, the staff SFR and supplements thereto, and the as-built facili ty. You should provide your c?rtification at least two weeks prior to the date on which the facilit.) will be ready for licensing.
