Dear Sir:
The NRC was notified of a potentially reportable deficiency by reference (A) and additional information was furnished to NRR, with a copy to the Region V Resident Inspector by references (B) and (C).
Due to the extensive investigation and evalustion required, it is now expected that this information will be finalized by May 28, 1986, at which time the com-plete report will be submitted.
