By letter dated September 1, 1992, TVA provided

the first issuance of SON's IPE.
This update completely I
replaces the original Level 1 IPE.
The update incorporates changes made to the facility.
It also removes various conservatism's and approximations such that the revised model more accurately represents current plant features.
TVA recognizes the importancs. of ensuring a common understanding af the relative risk insights provided by the
- IPE, Thus, the attached enclosure is provided for your information to allow for this common ground of understanding.
TVA requests that no formal review be conducted.
