Dear Ms. Diggs:
Exemption Request Fee The Omaha Public Power District recently submitted a request for exemption from the requirements of Appendix R to 10 CFR 50 (Reference 2).
The exemption request, concerning fire protection modifications for the Fort Calhoun Station, did not contain the required application fee.
The District subsequently received Reference 3 requesting this fee. Accordingly, please find attached a check for $150.00 for the application fee.
