Thank you for your letter of May 14, 1986, in response to IE Bulletin No. 85-03 dated November 15, 1985. As a result of our preliminary review, we find that additional information is needed. Specifically, Action Item e requests submittal of a program to accomplish Actions Items b through d.
While your letter states ~that Omaha Public Power Dit,trict intends to accomplish the Action Item, it does not outline a detailed step-by-step program to verify the switch settings.
Please provide the supplemental information within 30 days of the date of this letter..
