t 6L20-98-20076 Page1of2 ATTACHAiENT 5 RESULTS OF SPECIFIC ACTIVITY ANALYSIS-PRIMARY COOLANT SYSTEM Technical Specification 6.9.1.B.5 requires annual reporting of certain information regarding the results of specific activity analyses in which the primary coolant exceeded the limits of Technical Specification (TS) 3.1.4.1. The limits of TS 3.1.4.1 were not exceeded at any time during 1997.
Note that the limit of TS ?.l.4.1 was revised from 1.0 to 0.35 microcurie / gram dos equivalent I-131 per Amendment No. 204, effective October 2,1997. Neither the previous nor the current limit was exceeded in 1997. Page 2 of this attachment contains a graph of the dose equivalent iodine concentration for 1997.

6L20-98-20076 Page1of1 NITACilh1ENT 6 h1AJOR CilANGES TO RAD WASTE TREAThiENT SYSTEN1S Technical Specification Section 6.17 requires reponing of "hiajor Changes to Radioactive Waste Treatment Systems" hiajor changes are interpreted to mean changes that would alter how the system functions or changes that would alter the predicted releases that were previously analyzed. In 1997 there were ng major changes to the Radioactive Waste Treatment Systems.
