Inspection Report No. 50-354/86-33
A routine startup safety inspection of your radioactive waste control program
was conducted by Mr. H. Bicehouse of this office on June 16-18, 1986. Our
findings were discussed with Mr. J. Lovell of your staff during a telephone
conversation on July 21, 1986.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the NRC Region I
Inspection Report which is enclosed with this letter. Within these areas, the
inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and
representative records, interviews with personnel and observations by the
inspector. We also reviewed your actions taken in response to previously
identified items.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations or deviations were noted.
No reply to this letter is required. Your cooperation with us in this matter
is appreciated.
