Py letter dated April 16, 1986, the Owners Group submitted a report entitled " Mark III Hydrogen Ignition System Technical Specification" to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for review. Under the provision of 10 CFR 170.21.J.4, review of special reports and revisions or amendments to approved reports are to be accompanied by an applica-tion fee of $150. Subsequently, companies are to be billed at six-month intervals or when the review is completed (Section 170.12(f)) for full costs for each report or revision to an approved report. Your April 16, 1986 request was not accompanied by the required application fee of
$150. Therefore, the Owners Group is requested to remit this applica-tion fee to our office.
