The scope of your request was discussed during several subsequent telephone conversations and confirmed in your letter dated February 4,1986.

A copy of the document listed below is being placed in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) located at 1717 H Street, NW, Washington, DC 20555.

It will be filed in PDR folder F01A-85-26 under your name.
