ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT AND FINDING 0F NO SIGNIFICANT IMPACT - TEMPORARY EXEMPTION FROM GENERAL DESIGN CRITERION 35 Re: Haddam Neck Plant I am enclosing the subject notice which relates to your April 22, 1986 request for a temporary exemption from the NRC regulatory requirements regarding the consideration of single failures in emergency core cooling system evaluations as set forth in both the General Design Criterion No. 35 of 10 CFR 50, Appendix A, and the Interim Acceptance Criteria.
