This application was stated to supersede your earlier exemption requests contained in your September 6, 1984 application (Serial No.1076). In the March 6 application, you requested that the $4,350 remitted with your September 6 application be applied toward the review costs for your March 6 request and to the revir.9 of Revision 1 to your Appendix R Compliance Assessment Report (CAR).
