REQUEST FOR CCMA. 'T AND CONCURRENCE ON A FINAL RULE ENTITL.' " INFORMAL SMALL ENTITY GUIDANCE" The Rules Review and Directives Branch (RRDB) has prepared a draft finsi rule that amends S 2.802 to provide a toll-free telephone number for small entitles to contact the NRC concerning information en regulations that may affect them. The final rule furthers the intent of the Small Business Regulatory Enforcement Fairness Act by creating a convenient and direct way for small entities to obtain information about NRC regulations.
This rule does not contain any requirements subject to the Paperwork Reduction Act; however, I request that you review this draft to confirm this and provide your comments and/or concurrence on the paperwork management aspects of this rule by April 18, 1997.
