Dear Mr. Andrews:
This letter provides personal identifying information to obtain admittance and access authorization for the NRR Project Manager to your facility.
On April 21, 1986, Mr. Donald E. Sells was assigned as the Project Manager for Fort Calhoun Station, Unit No. 1.
In carrying out his responsibilities as the NRR Project Manager for your facility, Mr. Sells will require unescorted access to Fort Calhoun Station.
It is requested that access be granted to both the vital and protected areas.
It is my understanding that Mr. Sells has already completed the training required to obtain a " green" badge for facility access, but that a letter providing personal identifying information is required from the NRC.
The information is provided in the enclosure.
The training required in order to obtain unescorted access to the radiological l
controlled area, " blue" badge, will be scheduled at a future date during a i
visit to the site.
Mr. Sells will make the necessary arrangements for this
]
training to coincide with your scheduled training sessions.
Your cooperation in providing the " green" badge training during Mr. Sell's recent visit and your cooperation in granting this unescorted access request-is appreciated.
