Gentlemen:
This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. W. M. McNeill of this office
during the period June 23-27, 1986, of activities authorized by NRC Operating
License DPR-46 for Cooper Nuclear Station, and to the discussion of our
findings with Mr. G. R. Horn, and other members of your staff at the conclusion
of the inspection.
The area examined during the inspection was corrective action. Within this

area, the inspection consisted of selective examination of procedures and
representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the
inspector. These findings are documented in the enclosed inspection report.
Within the scope of the inspection, no violations or deviations were

identified.
One unresolved item is identified in paragraph 3 of the enclosed inspection
report.
