Enclosed for filing with the Comission are three originals and nineteen copies cf an Amendment to Philadelphia Electric Company's February 21, 1985 Application for Amendment of Facility Operating Licenses DPR-44 and DPR-56.
This Amendment revises the earlier Application to reflect discussions with the NRC Staff and changes recommended by the Staff to conform the requested changes to the Technical Specifications more closely to Standard Technical Specifications.
