Dear Mr. Denton:
In my letter of July 15, 1986, which transmitted the Technical Specification amendment package for Unit 1/ Cycle 2, several Technical Specification pages were inadvertently omitted.
The previously omitted pages are 3/4 1-21, 1-22 and new page 3/4 1-23.
Also attached are several pages with corrections to several Technical Specification numbers (i.e., a reference was made to Specification 4.2.1.1.2 which should have referenced 4.2.1.2.1).
This request is a supplement to the June 6,1986 and July 15, 1986 reload submittals for Catawba Unit 1; therefore no additional fees have been remitted with this submittal.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.91 (b) (1) the appropriate South Carolina State Official is being provided a copy of this amendment request.
