Docket Nos. 50-338 50-339 AMENDMENT TO INDEMNITY AGREEMENT NO. B-80 AMENDMENT NO. 9 Effective April 21,1986, Indemnity Agreement No. B-80, between Virginia Electric and Power Company and Old Dominion Electric Cooperative and the Nuclear Reguatory Coninission, dated April 16, 1976, as amended, it is hereby further amended by modifying Article I, paragraph 9 to read as follows:

"The radioactive material means source, special nuclear and byproduct material which (1) is used, was used or will be used in, or is irradiated, was irridated or will be irradiated by, the nuclear reactors licensed under NPF-4 and NPF-7 or (2) was used in, or was irradiated in the nuclear reactors licensed under DPR-32 and DPR-37 and subsequently is transported to the site of the nuclear reactors licensed under NPF-4 and NPF-7 for the purpose of storage or (3) which is produced as a result of operation of the nuclear reactors licensed under NPF-4 and NPF-7."
