On June 3-5, 1986, the NRC administered examinations to licensed employees of
your company for the purpose of evaluating the requalification program at
Indian Point 3.
At the conclusion of the examination, the examination
questions and preliminary findings were discussed with those members of your
staff identified in the enclosed report.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commissions regulations, a copy of this
letter and the enclosures will be placed in'the NRC Public Document Room.
No reply to this letter is required. Your cooperation in this matter is
appreciated.
