In accordance with your application dated January 20, 1986, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 40, Materials License No. Sf;M-33 is hec;oy amended to increase the possession limit for source material.
Accordingly, Condition 8.C of the license is revised to read:
8.C. 50,000 kilograms This authorization is subject to the following additional conditions:
- 25. Processing of UF in 10-ton cylinders is not authorized.

- 26. The 10-ton UF cylinders shall be equipped with valve protectors.

- 27. The concrete pad for storage of UF cylinders and the surrounding area shall 6
be sloped or graded so that any spTlled combustible fluids would not be confined to the storage area.
- 28. No combustibles shall be stored on the concrete pad.
- 29. A C0 fire extinguisher shall be readily available near the storage pad.
2 All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
Inese conditions were discussed and agreed to by your Mr. Eskridge and Mr. George Bidinger of my staff on April 10, 1986.
