The 'C' steam generator primary-to-secondary tube leakage increased from approximately 130 gallons / day to 200 gallons / day while reactor coolant system activity remained constant at approximately 18% of the Dose Equivalent Iodine Limit. Condensate oxygen was reduced to about 4 ppb in each train when an air leak was found in the 'N' main feed pump rupture disk.

MAJOR SAFETY RELATED MAINTENANCE:

1. 'A' Train ESF outage occurred for monthly preventive maintenance and various scheduled work items.
2. 'B' Train ESF outage occurred for monthly preventive maintenance.
3. Reactor Coolant Post Accident Sampling System was worked.
4. Service Water Pump 'C' impeller was replaced and pump inspected.
