FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant Docket No. 50-333 Proposed Change to the Technical Specifications Regarding Management Reorganization of the Power Authority (PTS-86-06)
Dear Sir:
This application for an amendment to the James A.
FitzPatrick Technical Specifications reflects the reorganization of the New York Power Authority Headquaters staff.
The changes in organizational structure are designed to provide focused functional area management and efficiency.
Specific changes to the Technical Specifications to reflect this revised structure are detailed in the enclosed " Application for Amendment to Operating License."
Enclosed for filing are three (3) signed originals and nineteen (19) copies of a document titled " Application for Amendment to Operating License", together with forty (40) copies of Attachments I and II thereto, comprising a statement of the proposed change to Appendix A of the Technical Specifications and associated Safety Evaluation.
In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.91, a copy of this application, with attachments, is being provided to the designated New York State official.
As per 10 CFR 170.12, enclosed is a check in the amount of
$150.00 as the amendment fee for this application.
