RII-86-A-0090 - CONCERNS EXPRESSED BY AN EMPLOYEE REGARDING WELDING PRACTICES PERFORMED BY A LICENSEE SUBCONTRACTOR AT THE V0GTLE NUCLEAR PLANT An enclosure to this letter documents concerns derived from discussions between Mr. Bruno Uryc of the NRC Region II Office in Atlanta, Georgia, and an individual previously employed at the Vogtle facility.
The concerns identified in the enclosure are numbered for reference and represent the substance of the informa-tion expressed by the concerned individual.
The individual stated that these concerns were turned over to the GPC Quality Concerns Program; however, he is concerned that no action will be taken on the matter.
The concerns are provided for your action as appropriate.
You are requested to initiate a review of these concerns and provide your fintiings to us by June 30, 1986.
