San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1, 2 and 3 By letter dated November 18, 1985, Revision 7 to the " Physical Security Plan, San Onofre Units 1, 2 and 3" was forwarded to the U.S. Nuclear Regclatory Commission for review pursuant to 10CFR 50.54(p).
This lette. responds to Revision 7 textual changes discussed between 'Mr. A.
McQueen, Regicn V Safeguards inspector, and Mr. R. Beatty, SONGS Security Compliance, during April 1986. Accordingly, pursuant to 10CFR 50.54(p),
enclosed are six (6) copies of the description of the Revision 7A iextual changes discussed by Messrs. McQueen and Beatty.
The revised changes described in the enclosure do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of this Plan.
The enclosure contains " Safeguards information" and must be protected in accordance wIth the provisions of 10CFR 73.21.
Unauthorized disclosure could be subject to civil and criminal sanctions.
