This confirms the plans discussed on April 10, 1986, with Mr. Dennis Farrar of your staff and Mr. W. L. Forney of this office for the NRC to meet with representatives of Commonwealth Edison Company at 11:00 A.M.on April 21, 1986, at the NRC Region III Office, Glen Ellyn, Illinois.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the firing of a contractor employee at Byron who was engaged in activities protected by the Energy Reorganization Act of 1974.
We appreciate your cooperation in this matter and we will gladly discuss any questions you may have regarding the meeting.
